The Westchester Ballroom's proven system has helped thousands of students learn to social dance. We can get you out on the dance floor FAST, looking and feeling confident and assured. You will learn not just steps, but also style, technique, rhythmn and how to lead and follow without even having to think about it!

Our studio is non-intimidating and supportive

for even the most self conscious or dance "phobic" types!

The owner, Barbara Antes, is an avid ballroom dancer, she is also

an R.N. with a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology,

from Fordham University, who incorporates the

physical, social and emotionally therapeutic properties of dancing

into the programs at the studio.

Dancing is a path to self discovery that we all make at some at some time in our life.

We're located in an 1930's building that has wonderful character and charm. The new studio is 3,400 square feet

with high tin ceilings, plaster walls & ceiling fans.

We have 1 large dance studio for classes and parties and

several smaller rooms for private lessons.

The Westchester Ballroom is open Monday through Friday from 2:00-10:00pm and weekends by appointment. We offer private and groups lessons. We have the largest staff of qualified professional dance instructors in Westchester.
