The Westchester Ballroom's proven system of dance instuction has helped thousands of students learn partner dancing. We can get you out on the dance floor FAST, looking and feeling confident and assured. You will learn not just steps, but also style, technique, rhythmn and how to lead and follow without even having to think about it! We offer private lessons and group classes 7 days a week.

The owner, Barbara Antes, is a professional, competitive ballroom dancer. She is also an R.N. with a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from Fordham University. She incorporates the

physical, social and emotionally therapeutic properties of dancing

into the programs at the studio.
