The Westchester Ballroom's proven system of dance instuction has helped thousands of students learn partner dancing. We offer private lessons and group classes 7 days a week.

The owner, Barbara Antes, is a professional, competitive ballroom dancer. She is also an R.N. with a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from Fordham University. She incorporates the physical, social and emotionally therapeutic properties of dancing into all the programs at the studio.
